Coded most of the low-hanging discard errata.
Updated deck-bottom discarding to have feature parity with top-deck discarding.
Added better side enum aliasing.
Added image mapping for all planned 2022 christmas errata.

...
Added erratasets field to format definitions. Sets may now be added as errata sets, which will load their entire library as an errata for that format. This assumes that all card numbers are the same between errata and non-errata.
Altered all PC definitions to account for this new functionality.

Collection System Overhaul
...
- Ripped out all old DB operations that interacted with the blob collection column. That column is now inert.
- Added support for the new collection db system to all systems that interact with it
- Added subscription support for definition refreshes
- Collections Manager overhauled to only record changes to collections on the items that need it (rather than overwriting the entire collection on every change)
